Shipping & Returns

We aim to pick and pack all orders and dispatch them from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. 

We ship international as well as domestic. Prices displayed by default in our store are in US dollars USD.

Order Tracking:

All parcels sent are fully trackable. As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us and a tracking number from our selected courier service. For majority of our parcels we use Auspost Express International Courier Service, which is a fast and fully trackable service. For local parcels we use Auspost eparcel service. 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping is calculated based on your parcel size/weight and your location. You will be able to see a summary of shipping charges at check out.

Custom Fees:

We do not apply any custom or import fees to your order. According to the laws and rules of your country these may or may not be applied to your order once it reaches your destination, by local authorities in your country. You are responsible to pay any such fees that may occur. We do not cover this.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

We offer no obligation returns for 30 days from date of delivery of order.

Please note: Products must be returned in new and unused condition.

Once approved we will refund the purchase price minus shipping or we will issue you with a  store credit as per your choice, provided it is returned within 30 days. Shipping charged is non-refundable.

Please be advised not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be noted on product pages. To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.

2. Item(s) were not marked “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

3 Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition, unused and new as received.

You may be asked to provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.

Exchanges:

You can certainly return your purchase to us for an exchange to a new design, provided it is returned within 30 days and is unused and new, as per our return policy. Shipping is charged for exchange orders and any balance due.

We do not cover return freight and if you need to return you will have to cover your own freight charges.
