We do not apply any custom or import fees to your order. According to the laws and rules of your country these may or may not be applied to your order once it reaches your destination, by local authorities in your country. You are responsible to pay any such fees that may occur. We do not cover this.

Yes we ship internationally and delivery charges may vary depending on your destination but you will be able to see these prior to check out.

Typically we despatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. Dispatches occur Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Shipping is calculated based on your order and location. You will be able to see a summary of shipping charges at check out.

Due to occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations at our warehouse, we are unable to facilitate pick-ups of our products. All orders must be delivered using our extensive courier network.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us and a tracking number from the selected courier service.
